rag & bone and luxury French eyewear brand Vuarnet proudly announce a special collaboration launching in the Holiday 2016 season.
Combining rag & bone’s downtown, New York aesthetic with Vuarnet’s expertise in luxury sport, mineral glass sunglasses, the two companies form a collaboration based on a shared commitment to technical excellence, exemplary quality and modern design.
The official launch event of this collaboration took place on November 10th at the rag & bone boutique store in the heart of Soho in NYC but the limited edition styles were first seen walking down rag & bone’s runway during New York Fashion Week this past September. Several models walking on the catwalk, proudly wore of our iconic models like the VL0002 and our Glacier.
For this capsule collection, rag & bone revamped four Vuarnet styles in colorways and packaging exclusive to the rag & bone collaboration. These include the iconic Glacier and Legend 02 styles, as well as two new styles, the Cable Car and District. Crafted of the finest mineral glass with the greatest precision and expertise in our Vuarnet factory near Paris, the lenses deliver superior clarity, high durability and 100% protection against UV rays and harmful infrared and blue light.
