After a few days exploring the city, Kyle Meck and his companions head towards the center of the island. This is the agricultural heart of the country, where the famous tobacco is cultivated, but also the sugar cane which Cuba is the world’s leading exporter. It is in one of the many farms in the region that they will spend the rest of the trip, discovering the true way of life in Cuba. On the program, harvesting and sugar cane cooking with Carlos, a local farmer, who has been working for more than 30 years with a land that the government has made available to him.
